Government and institutional travel, by their very nature, are often subject to protocol and security rules, depending on the status, rank and institutional role that the delegation plays in the destination. These aspects often guide the requirements for providing adequate service. In response to the demands of the Governmental and Institutional Travel and Tourism (GITT) sector, this course provides knowledge of security and protocol operations in relation to accommodation service.
