TOURISM OPTIMIZER PLATFORM

The Tourism Optimizer Platform Project (TOP), has become the central axis of all training programs, tools, interrelated and complementary solutions, such as GITT Institute, an exclusive institution in governmental and institutional travel training, and GOVERSYS (Governmental Travel Ecosystem), the only vertical platform through which all programs, tools, solutions and aids are channeled to all the agents involved in this sector.

Tourism Optimizer Platform has been a pioneering project within the tourism industry, since, through it, experts and external collaborators have led the creation and official recognition of Governmental and Institutional Travel as an independent tourism sector, which has been named Governmental and Institutional Travel and Tourism (GITT).
All this has been developed as an Affiliate Member of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), the United Nations agency responsible for the promotion of responsible, sustainable and accessible tourism, with the main objective of making tourism a contribution to economic growth, development and environmental sustainability of the destinations.

Similarly, much of our training programs are endorsed by the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and CIFAL Malaga, with the seal of certification of the United Nations.

Thanks to a team with more than 10 years specialized in the management of government travel, and more than 100 experts, TOP has developed and implemented this series of training programs, support, and tools to solve all the difficulties associated with GITT travel, channeled through GOVERSYS, and providing solutions to the specific needs of this type of travel.

After a research study of more than 4 years, the TOP project has defined an International Standard for the standardization of processes for the provision of services for all agents involved in this sector.

The GITT Institute is an initiative of the TOP project.

STANDARD ON GOVERNMENTAL AND INSTITUTIONAL TRAVEL AND TOURISM

The International GITT Standard has been designed according to the Deming Cycle (PDCD. Plan, Do, Check and Do, thus allowing a more agile adoption by suppliers.

The structure of the Standard follows a principle of generality and particularity with the separation of general Standard and general Requirements; from the specific Requirements for each tourism field.
