Governmental and Institutional Travels, a sector known as 'Governmental and Institutional Travel and Tourism' (GITT), usually involve a series of characteristics that differentiate them, notably, from other sectors. Among the services most demanded by this type of client in the destination are those related to land transport and, specifically, vehicles with driver.
In the vast majority of governmental and institutional travels, providers of chauffeur-driven vehicles play an important role, since they are in charge of transferring the Delegation and the Head of Mission between the different points of the destination. However, and due to the nature of this type of customer, these providers must offer a service and vehicles in accordance with the requirements demanded by this type of customer.
In this course, the importance of vehicles in the framework of GITT trips is addressed, in a particularly deep way, as well as the main characteristics and aspects most demanded by government and institutional delegations.
