The planning of a governmental or institutional travel includes a series of procedures and operations in accordance with the requirements of the sector, which are distributed through a logical temporal sequence that guarantees the correct development of the same. Therefore, knowing and identifying these needs in each of the stages of the trip, from the point of view of the Government or Institution, will allow the department in charge of the management to anticipate or solve possible deviations or incidents before, during and after the trip.
This course will allow the student to identify the stages of a governmental or institutional travel, which cover from the moment when the need arises or is transmitted, until the travel ends as such.
In addition, it will also allow the student to know the main operational and functional aspects that are carried out in each one of the stages of a trip of this type.
