The gradual evolution of governmental and institutional trips, known as ‘Governmental and Institutional Travel and Tourism’ (GITT), has led to a standardization and specialization of the professionals involved in this sector.

This course introduces the tasks carried out by a Governmental or Institutional Communication Cabinet, whose role is key in the arrangement and development of this type of travel. Likewise, the course also identifies the main functions of the Cabinet, which are responsible for the coverage of the trips, as well as for advising on communication strategies during the trip.

The course also includes the fundamentals that the United Nations Organization (UN)  has defined in relation to the Sustainable Development Goals applied to Tourism, assessing its possible application to the various areas of action involved in the travel sector of governments and institutions.
