The duties of the protocol personnel in the framework of a Governmental or Institutional trip are an essential element in the achievement of the objectives and the motivation of the trip itself. This is due to the fact that this type of travel is usually part of the development of international relations between countries, territories and institutions, whose representatives usually have a certain rank and status, as well as an institutional role depending on the trip or event in question.
Through this course, the student will be able to acquire the necessary knowledge to develop adequate protocolary strategies based on the needs of the Delegation, with special emphasis on the importance of protocolary aspects in the governmental and institutional travel sector, known as ‘Governmental and Institutional Travel and Tourism’ (GITT).
