In this sector, gastronomic service suppliers play a fundamental role, since they are agents involved in the vast majority of government and institutional travel.
Through this course, the student will learn the key aspects of gastronomic suppliers in the GITT sector, the needs of the delegations and the processes that are carried out at each stage of the trip.
